Screw those evil businesses who charge me money for things that cost money to make and pay their employees, and ship, and apply for business licenses, pay health benefits to their employees and feed their children.

Which I wouldn't normally care about (close enough) except for the IRS treats everyone has children, tax cheats, or unpaid tax collectors.  

You're right, Children's Hospital has a vested interest in improving that neighborhood and their construction alone is changing the landscape around that part of the city.
