On the properties that I found for rehabing prior to finding out that it would not work for me, I put together almost book report style proposals for potential investors featuring repair costs, photos, my own blueprints etc.I want to thank all the experienced investors on the site for the valuable information they are willing to share.

I have been educating myself for over a year now, through books and CD's and even a seminar.Because REI is wide and deep, I've been trying to find my niche in this business.

You might want to check out Bill (William) Bronchick's book "Wealth Protection Secrets...".

Technically Mike, his wealth was in livestock and at the end of the book right before he rebuilt his livestock wealth again - gold rings.

I am reading Wendy Patton's book as well "lease options and subject-to deals" I would recommend to pick it up.
