Hello - I have a paid off home that my parents and I are on the title, but I want to remove myself from the deed.

My uninformed opinion was that 1031 allowed for the deferral and transfer to the new property.

My goal is to cash flow and if I can use it personally then great.

My cleaner's always clean on checkout day.I don't want trash sitting there as my cleaner's take the trash.

Will it reduce my cost of living when compared to renting?

I just received a quote from my AC company, these are the two options we received:Option #1: For a 2-stage Rheem heat pump system the total price will be $8,340.00.Option #2: For a single stage Tempstar heat pump system the total price will be $7,280.00.The property is a long-term buy and hold, so we plan on owning for the next 30+ years ideally.
