These machines are expensive.I picked up a used Maxwriter Handwriting Machine a year ago on ebay for 7,500 it does signatures,postcards,notes and letters.

I have been around this industry a long time. ( Paid Training) and its like everything else in real estate sales wash out rate is very high 90s or better.. little less with real estate agents but still high. and a little less with RMLO's but still high. this is a sales gig and sales is hard you not only have to know what to do and how to do it but you need some mad sales skills to talk people into selling their property for far less than what its really worth on the open market.. thats the bottom line..

Long term, as it effects cost of housing inputs, yes, then the higher strata springs up as inventory washes out and is more connected in pricing unto replacement cost as the cost to build has been pressed up by the inflation.

I know that households in the valley are extremely water efficient in that usage for households has hardly gone up over the last twenty years despite the growth due to more efficient appliances (dishwashers and washing machines) and wastewater technology including recycling car wash water at car washes and using grey water for irrigation and a leaning in recent years toward desert landscaping instead of turf (grass is a huge water guzzler).
