Of course, those supporters were more than willing to "bully" up to the task and oppose any reasoning given, so this would have never been a logical discussion anyway, it was meant to inflame!   

I will compile a list of potential tasks and maybe run it by my 'applicant'.

May seem trivial but I'm noticing that little things can make a big impact on day to day operations, especially for repetitive tasks.

Pricing - the most basic rule in real estate valuation, is that every property is unique, no two properties are alike.

I still need to account for the bathroom/kitchen remodel costs, and will update the investment amount once I have completed these tasks and have an idea of the true numbers.
