So, in that specific sense, Austin's housing supply problem is not unique.

I think that multifamily development, public spaces & large commercial development is what makes Austin unique and attractive so like an efficient market the downsides will balance the upside & it will all balance out.

Now there are people that do build houses that separate rooms like this (I remember seeing one on a Netflix show) but they are all built because the owner like that unique design.

It's an extremely unique market in an old coal region.

Each individual is unique and I don’t know how much of a “torture” it is for you to go to work everyday, but I’ll share the goals I have, hopefully it will help you set realistic numbers and timeframes.

I'm in Fl and it seems a unique member llc wouldnt be useful.. only had a couple advise from people but it doesnt seem to be crystal clear though.. but most likely not too useful from what I've been told

The house is lovely & unique, plus it's taken care of.

You will be left with a very unique home that is hard to sell.
