Most parks I evaluate are on welland septic and I actually prefer they are on well and septic because you can charge the park tenants more essentially because you are providing water and sewer.

That doesn't include my $100 deductible I already paid to have the guy come out to tell me what I already knew ... it needs to be replaced smh  They're giving me a buy out, sending a check for $367 and my installer is charging me $200 to install it.

@Melissa Dinas,Like others replying to your post, I have done rehabs with and without utilities.Let me answer your question by asking one:  If you were the contractor or sub, would you charge more for doing a job without utilities?
