I went to meetings to places where tourists don't go and I had no issues there either, apart from the fact that the traffic was crazy at rush hours.

I see a lot of traffic at auctions and the most recent sales have double in the final price.

Maybe someday far in the future we will see buses and 18 wheelers without drivers, but it won't be happening anytime soon, if ever.Once self driving cars become mainstream and most people have them...which will probably be another decade past when they can first be purchased...I'll be curious to see if traffic accidents go down significantly. 

I don't think traffic is getting any better with our growth and snow on the ground only makes it worse.

Fight traffic, pay high parking fees, travel up 20 floor elevators… and on the other hand, I am not a believer of “work from home”.

Therefore, it could be a darn good thing because it indicates growth in the area and also will drive more traffic your direction when it's time to fill your units. 

This did not affect our business, as it was not contingent upon street traffic or walk-in business.The great thing about the interested party is that neither is their business!

Although, signing a lease beginning in June leaves me paying on the property without any cash flow for an additional 5 months, setting me back on any new potential properties (which I already have good leads on).The town that the home is located in is  nestled in the quiet corner of Connecticut and doesn't attract a lot of metropolitan traffic.

I normally get there prior to rush hour though, just to avoid the traffic.

The city itself is HUGE geographically speaking and the traffic is even worse.
