Today, they said I could have a dryer delivered.I have to quarantine because my spouse is still with Covid+ patients(she works in an ICU Unit in a Metro Detroit Trauma 1 Center) so we are not going into stores(we are ordering everything online) or people's homes unless absolute emergency.

If you're okay with breaking even on cash flow but you're patient and want appreciation.

There aren't a ton of really good ones, but they are out there & just need to be patient & be ready when they do.

Be patient getting into this & talk to as many people as you can on the front end.

@Mason GreenSince you are familiar with both of these locations and plan on house hacking, I would suggest selecting the city that you personally enjoy living in more and being patient in finding a property that meets your financial requirements in that city.
