The Spanish tile is so cheap here and so beautiful!

The main floor (bathroom, kitchen, family/living room and entryway) will have some type of hard surface either vinyl plank or ceramic tile (wood plank look) but the stairs, upstairs hallway and 3 bedrooms will be carpeted as that is expected in this type of property in Minnesota. 

The place is beautiful with new french doors, new windows, and a remodeled master bath with subway tiles; however, the coronavirus changed our plans due to the uncertainty of the travel industry.

Every house has a drain tile system and a sump pump.

I'd love to do some house flips as I feel I've been on the supplier end for a while now, but I feel I need more experience before I plunge into something major like that.  

Prefer to outsource this to a trusted supplier who has produced great results for me on my properties.

Seems in most of my houses this becomes a problem after a year or so of use on hardwood/tile floors.
