When you target people who might be a little more motivated to sell, that is when you will have a higher chance of getting owner financing.I try to talk with people who are behind on mortgage, property taxes, divorces, etc.

I am mainly interested in rentals that I can use BRRR and looking for an agent that will not mind providing me with mentorship as well as providing knowledge with the target areas.
