Hiking, paddle boarding; it's all good.

All going well we'll try to do again in Spring 2025 and hit up Indianapolis Greenville, SC would be a good location.

We have a property manager, a low maintenance seeming tenant, and a house that's in pretty good shape. 

I'm not giving up just confused on how to find a good rental. 

I have been doing this for nearly 30 years with overall good success. 

Also, they use to have approved vendors and if they couldn't get someone on the phone from the approved vendors they would then call local companies that had good ratings but they no longer do that. 

The good news is they provide great overhead light along with renters seem to like them in the unit as it sets it apart from others in the area.

I been making calls to houses thats been on the market for 60days or more but nothing is working. is there anyone that is currently doing STR in the FL market that can give some tip where would be a good place to start and what I should expect. 

So.....Too good to be true? 

I will look into Buildium - it looks like potentially a good match
