So I am planning to begin wholesaling in Arizona and want to get my LLC registered ASAP.After quick research it said file in state if you are going to have a store front (which I will not) or would be doing must of your business in state (which I would).It says you may want to file out of state, most commonly Delaware, if you wont have a store front or will be doing business out of state. 

Talk to your local paint stores, painters, HD, Lowe’s, etc.  

We see her at the local grocery store & she still complains that we moved her to the ghetto.We had to strip that place to get rid of the Eau de fumée le chat.

The city has approved several large upgrades within a 2 minute walking radius in the near future including a new recreation center, retail stores, condos, and much more in the next 5 years.

@Ryan Nguyen I too have been looking out of state and tend to stick to markets I have personally visited before but that's just my comfort level.David Greene wrote the book on out of state investing (you can find it here in the store) and he recommends having checks and balances by way of multiple people you can rely on.

She might not see it as a loss if it goes bad since you store it away somewhere safe and the money never sees the light of day.
