That sucks.In general, I would think converting shares to a promissory note would not be a taxable event, but if the note never gets paid back, the note default would certainly be a taxable loss.On the other hand, you have probably taken depreciation.

This was not unique to a specific lender but some made the process easier then others for sure.Anyway, I am now approaching 75% LTV (based on initial purchase price) for the last investment property with PMI so I reached out to start the process and was denied with no explanation.

I’ve “heard” you could live there for a year and then go some where else however you can’t pull out another FHA loan with the exception of moving somewhere to work or having an increase in family size.Any advice on what a good way to start is with no real capital to your name (to BRRRR) and no credibility to raise money?

If these wholesaler want to get paid they need to get a license and go work for a brokerage or they need to have their own money buy their inventory Then start marketing it once they own it..
