Is this software you've developed yourself?

In addition, I see a slew of software (particularly Cozy) that I really like from what I've seen which will help me manage. 

I'm curious if you have heard of Control Your Properties property management software?

If you go to my profile here, I have at least 3 of those deals posted and listed with photos.As to the original poster’s question, no way to answer it as there is not enough info provided however, I suggest you find a better and more accurate way to identify the rehab budget, some software program is not going to do it for you as there are no shortcuts to this process.

Are there any other software programs like propstream that you can find cash buyers, sellers, etc?

My software sends me long lists of "deals" every day that fit certain automated criteria to be "under value".

Does the software help?

I am a young software engineer in a pretty high cost of living area in CO (I make about $150k a year, no debt, excellent credit, but not much savings yet). 

Are there any pieces of software that put some of the general property upkeep on a kind of auto-pilot (e.g. replacing fire extinguishers annually, replacing dated HVAC units, etc)? 

I've been offered a course at $1250 which may contain software geared toward Customer Relationships.
