He mentions one of the rooms had been a kid's room, so it was apparently a house he formerly lived in.While we currently have two Section 8 tenants, the program is pure socialism and the government is massively in debt (over $50,000 per citizen!)

I suggest you never mention rates of return, specifically or by implication, as it will be viewed as what a reasonable person would think was implied or given.Other words need to be avoided as well.
