houses with small little tunnels running from room to room and 20 to 30 years of crap piled up 5 to 8 feet high on either side. bed  consisting of a open sleeping bag on top of 3 feet of discarded papers and whatever junk.. only thing you can see the actual floor is the shower  .. 

I've built 4 kegorators.  2 for my garage, 1 for son in law, 1 for my 3 story house that sleeps 8. 

Remember you are no longer making a house but rather a conmerical / institution with sleeping units.

Because we will have to not have access to the house for a full 24 hour period (this includes our way to cook, sleep, and have shelter for us and animals) per the ability afforded on the lease, we will be deducting $50 in full for the travel costs to stay with a family member.

With numbers it's just business.A fair price is simply one that all the parties can agree to and still sleep well at night.Happy holidays!

I was able to get through this tough time because I had bumps along the way to give me exposure to issues but if I had no experience handling repairs I would of probably cried myself to sleep and sold everything.

You go to sleep and Turn Key is the rage. 

I got this house smelling so good you could sleep on the floors when I was done...

Smaller properties are different than one like mine that sleeps 14 guests.
