@Glenn Clapp Unlike residential RE, on the commercial side inventory is often held in company names which do not like their holdings to be made public.

The current owner bought it and lived in one side but moved out last year and is fully rented now.

Hey @Jessica Brewster , Try purchasing a list of absentee property owners.Also, call the bandit signs (aka We Buy Houses on the side of the road), they all have wholesale deals

The property is right across the street from a college and stays 100% leased all year at 700 a month each side.

Also, as a side bar, no lender will allow you to buy property without General Warranty Deed and Title Insurance.

@Samantha SwensonI think this question is more complicated than many give it credit for but most on these boards are heavily invested and thus have their outlook which is not necessarily wrong but can be a little more on the positive side.
