Eventually we would like to fix up the short term rental in the Smokies as well, thinking that we could do this for approx. $5000.

We are looking to make connections with other investors, private money lenders, and investor friendly agents!

It pays to start learning how to use these systems, so you can conduct your own eviction searches and local criminal checks before run national checks on people.

In Tampa there are so many that are done without permits, and it can mislead a beginner into thinking they are getting a great deal when in reality it can be a big headache and money pit to legalize after the fact.
