@Ajeenah Wilkins if you don't have much money, attempting to flip a house might not be your best first step.

I’m stepping out and going to my first Real Estate Meetup tonight, really looking to introduce myself to the community and begin building relationships.

They won't bother going to the next step if they can't sell it with clear title. 

Just when I thought I landed my first deal and was going to move forward to the next steps.  

If you get locked in under the market rents it will not only create a legacy of low returns for you, but it will also be an issue for future buyers.  100% you will not be able to do step type of rent increase to market, RAP just won't allow it.I understand your concerns about your tenant and that is something that you have to personally consider. 

Taking action on these things sets your mind to the next steps.
