Ultimately what matters is the value of the building - if you have enough to support/justify your treatment of the amount at issue - go with that.

What evidence do you have to support your unfounded hearsay? 

Unless the housing is supported by government subsidies a builder or developer can do anything they want.

I posted a reply to this poor lady that was evident that she was having a hard time getting support from the program and her family was VERY unsupportive.

I'm definitely excited in networking with others and also being supportive.

O i might add im also a single dad paying child support so a 4600$ morgage is out of the question for now.
