RE/MAX Equity Property Management does all FIG's (Fourplex Investment Group) units.

Starting out, I plan to wholesale - and then re-invest those profits into flips and rentals - and eventually I plan to break into apartments and commercial real estate at some point in my journey. 

Which strategy is better for gaining experience in RE investing?

I could then re-sign for one year at a time if they would like.

Hello, i am looking to get into wholesaling and looking to work with an agent that has helped other wholesalers/fix and flippers. If anyone knows of 1 please send some information would be great! Thanks!!

Obviously this doesn’t apply for people who do a value-add (live in flip) so they live there and re-sell a couple years down the road for more.

In that case, it's still probably helpful for any rookies that might be reading this post.And it wouldn't hurt to re-think what your actual goal is.
