I am an investor from Canton, OH who would like to scale my business to generate more cash flow and accumulate more properties in addition to the wholesaling I have been doing. 

My lead generation company can't prevent sellers from shopping.

They are in high-end areas and generate juicy income!

If the property is generating 10% CoC and cash flow remains relatively the same after the refi, returns on the remaining equity in the deal should be high enough to give you that 50/50 split for the rest of the hold period.

Because I've been in the Lead Generation business for years and have never seen a "Verified Motivated seller". 

Just some random thoughts:1. 

I'm concerned if they randomly appear and claim I wrongfully evicted them.
