Most people don't know what a public adjuster is even, and that's unfortunate, because we really provide a great service, ESPECIALLY for investors (landlords in particular) who have properties with tenants who cause damage, whether the damage was on purpose or on accident.I don't think I'm aloud to go into details of what we fully offer on here since we aren't in the marketplace, ha.

Remmber being a an agent is really a sales position, which is why many are leary of them --- why else would the association need to develop a Code of Ethics and market it so much (and provide so much training).As you do more deals and network/learn with/from other agents, hopefully you will become a better agent.

You are required to report worldwide income on your federal and California tax return.Since California's tax rate is higher than Georgia, you are ultimately paying California tax rates when you sell the home.California will provide you a credit for taxes that you pay to Georgia but will still be required to pay the difference.
