Network and Relationships: Investor-friendly agents often have extensive networks within the real estate industry, including connections with banks, attorneys, foreclosure specialists, and other professionals who might have leads on distressed properties or motivated sellers.

I'd like to check into using a property management company for my first property, then I'll add it to my second.

@Alyssa TeepenThe title company would write you a check or wire the cash out (less the closing costs) into a bank account of your choosing.

Thanks for the info on the two management companies, I'll definitely look them up. 

I am trying to do some due diligence in searching out those mortgage companies that don't care about credit but keep running into brick walls.

I know our Paychex program has a background check company we use.I guess you could run your prospective employess thru your property management software like a tenant...
