Neither of my multis are cash flowing cows but they are solid and should the market drop I will continue to get full rent from them because they are beautiful apartments.

@Juan CamposThe credit union I worked with did an in house loan which allowed me to drop PMI if I went this route.

Most metro statistical areas have populations over 2 million...that is a lot of "market" to pin-point a single cash flowing property...I know everyone talks about "markets" but this is not the right approach.

The currency dropped some 40%.  

They may flatten a bit at times, but no drops!  

Combine the out of pocket money with scheduling multiple drops and pick ups, it's a pain.

(we found ours by posting on the Philippines' Craig's List)  - Although the talent pool is good at places like UpWork, I found that a lot of VAs you hire, once they get a better paying assignment, at times will drop you without even a word, so you end up spending a decent amount of upfront time training them, only to start the process all over again.

I am doing a flip right now in San Antonio that had an 8" drop from left to right in the slab foundation. 

So just look at houses patiently the market is already correcting with people dropping prices.

When i find a house, i will pull up Google Maps and drop a pin on the house. you may have to drop a couple but sooner or later it will put up that house's address.
