As far as affordable housing for students unless they are already not a dependent of someone else and this means they can prove they make the minimum to self support according to tax code and don't live with their parents when not in school they are dependents and there isn't much government wise to help with housing.

I think Dawn's concern is valid, some kid tells a friend how to connect, they download who knows what, that kid doesn't even live there, I'm not seeing how the feds are not knocking on your door, doubt you could prove much without that computer that walked off two weeks ago...... not sure some kid can't hack through your cheap "parental" control software, but I'm not a techie type.What are you going to tell your tenants when they can't connect at 10:30 PM?
