Hello, I recently bought a house on 9/27 (As of writing this is 10/12), but one of the tenants does not want to move out.

In many cases the mortgage company writes off the loss or goes after borrower depending on if they have other assets - if they do then they are gonna be coming after the owner

I do work remotely from the home and was also wondering if I could write off the portion of where I use the space as a office on the same home as he’s claiming without causing any flags on the property address.
