I used to provide some referral bonus to clients who referred me.Then I realized how many bad accountants there are out there.Clients refer me to others because of the quality work I provide instead of the 'referral bonus' someone can get.If you like her content, I would suggest just sending her a message for an introduction/quote.

and my other X I did take the deduction in previous years.. my plan is to sell my first X when the truck comes out I will give the new X I am bought to my wife and I will drive the truck.I am going to talk to my architect on garage depths for all those folks that own these big trucks will be a bonus if my new builds can house these beasts.. so you go solar roof solar panel.. and Tesla vehicle and never pay for energy for house and gas for car.. for a two vehicle family this could save 1000 to 1500 per month easy..

I am no fan of banks.Some ideas when negotiating for seller financing:Offer to give them more for a principal mortgage (no interest)Build in a discount for early pay offIt should be a subordinated mortgage (meaning you can place that mortgage in a lower position) if you decide to refinance and the bank wants first position.Put in a "substation of Collateral" clause - meaning you can "walk" the mortgage to another property if you sell the property and won't have to pay it off - it will just be on another property with suitable collateral.As for 11 payments a year instead of 12 (Xmas bonus)Good luck with your deal ---- Charles
