A friend and I, have finally began to invest in Real Estate and where we live, is a I guess you could say a neighborhood(complex) where there are nice sized single family homes.

I do not have the stress and pressure of needing to close my next deal by the end of the week, by the end of this month, or even by the end of this year.I live in one of the nicest neighborhoods, in one of the most beautiful states, in the best country that has ever existed on this Earth.I am a Real Estate Investor.

I found a house that looks to be at least 2 br 1 bath home in my neighborhood.

I've not found any multi-families in good neighborhoods that adhere to the 100Xmonthly rent rule of thumb.
