You need to know how old all of the following items in the house are:   a - Electrical (including the wiring, openings, and box)   b - Plumbing (pipes, drains, fixtures, bathroom, toilet and path from, etc...)

They may look at your personal global underwriting (including everything you own, assets and liabilities) but they don't have to check every box like a traditional lender would. 

I had a handy man build me a new box out of the melamine sheets you can get at Home Depot.

So, my cost for 5,000 pieces 3 times is $12,516.00.To get a list of pre-foreclosures from auction.com enter in the search box the city or zip code you want.Click on any property that says "Foreclosure Sale, In Person".Then,  look to the right side of the screen and click on "Other Properties At This Auction".Now, you can load a list of all the properties onto an Excel file.This is what I do.
