Your lease contract has ended, either party van part ways now.

Every contract is assignable, and expect him to wriggle out of his end of the deal using contingencies like "consulting his business partner".

For example, a lot was listed , I made the offer, contract executed, and right now I have it under contract for $7000 and the owner owes $5000 in taxes..

In my case, being upfront with the lender would work, but I had to pay the wholesaler fees cash to be able to have the contract with the original home owner.

So I have sold a few properties on land contract.

., from there we just need a lockbox code and negotiating skills to secure the best price, in addition to the $12,000 Realtor Rebate to borrower at closing.These are on the sales contracts and on the final CD or Closing Statement. 

Every once in awhile something decent comes up in those neighborhoods, this one just went under contract at Chicago/Damen and I would consider it a good deal for the area. 

I currently have two properties under contract that I got from foreclosure (two four-plexes that I am going to renovate and raise the rents).

In fact, it may even be questionable whether or not you would even be allowed to accept it since your contract date was likely prior to your licensing.It doesn't hurt to ask for some type of concession from your agent, but I wouldn't expect a commission.
