Ultimately, he didn't show up in court, and we were awarded about 10x what we were owed; I don't think the judge recently understood the situation, but she didn't seem to care and was happy to award us a lot more than we were owed.We haven't yet been able to collect, but the mobile home park where the guy lives just went up for sale, and we're negotiating with the owner to possibly buy it...if we do, I have a feeling I'll get my retribution

From several posts I've read it seems that flipping and/or assigning mobile homes is not too different from doing the same with SFH's.
