@Abdul Azeez I have focused my time/research/energy into the Memphis market (for many reasons) so I can't answer to your questions.  

Better to put your energy toward finding notes than figuring out the way to structure your business that won't apply for several years if you are best case successful.I'm not busting on you but want to give some practical guidance. 

like I said I think this one gets clarified with case law over time.. and really depends on where the state wants to put energy and money protecting the public.

Employment will remain flat in energy.

Also, steer clear of anyone that brings negative energy to this. 

So there is trade-off in terms of profit, and whether that trade-off is worthwhile depends on your personal goals - do you want your investment to be like a job, or do you want to keep all your time and energy for other pursuits in exchange for a portion of the profits?

How do you set it up so you can spend your energy solving the problems and not answering phone calls from every person trying to get top dollar for their property?

Outfits that do both tend to put their energy in the fast money part of the operation, while the PM part tends to get neglected.As I mentioned earlier... a good PM should be the core of your team.
