Depending on the type of work to be performed ask your contractor if they are willing to let an employee that moonlight your project after hours or on the weekend that could get to it sooner.Depending on your market and work to be performed there is service called tradesman international it is essentially a temp agency for skilled trades people.

In the state of Montana , a renter fell behind on rent due to job loss.The landlord sent them a letter saying they had 3 days to move out.The tenants were trying to get help through some government agency..On the 5th day the landlord changed the locks and locked the tenants out of the place while they were gone.Is this legal to do?
