Is it possible to borrow using crowdfunding services as a first time investor for a buy & hold property? 

What about just offering the service of finding the property, over seeing repairs, and helping vet tenants/PM companies?

Mainly because of the numbers I'm getting in my analysis of different properties.

Main reason is we would like to buy a house given the growing family but need to make sure we have enough equity in it from the rehab to resell again within a year (or just over) should we have to move (which is a real possibility).

Now the firms they deal with don't have a main focus on real estate.

Basically, if you are looking for or offering a deal, product or service, you're advertising.
