I’m a Minnesota investor/agent and have thought about the Florida str game.

My name is Mike Nolan and am looking for some constructive feedback on my current game plan to get started in the RE investing world.

2 game wardens showed up at my own house and asked my wife if I had a house at XYZ 4th street. 

I'm new to the game and even newer to this website and community. 

Perseverance definitely pays off (and is a must in this game). 

I even have little signs up telling them how to use the washing machine (always leave the door open to prevent mildew) and dryer (always clean the lint filter) and kitchen sink (no FOGs, no coffee grounds) because I can get away with it renting to kids.Same kid just put a hole through the door with the doorstop.

Joining the local meetups in your area will also help you connect and pick the brains of those experienced investors in the real estate game.

Cash buyer is our back up plan, the issue is that I have very little experience in the wholeselling game in CA. 

Not your end game I know, but just another tool in your tool belt.
