Feeling so stupid right now.I've applied for two commercial rental properties, it all sounds logical and I thought I knew what it meant but now I'm confused by people saying different things.Can someone clear up what a lease term of 2x2x2 is please?

Logically (vs laws and cases) if the sender failed to send you the amount owed and sent a duplicate amount to someone else, it seems the sender still owes the amount to you.Joe borrowed $20 from his friend Sam, and was supposed to pay him back on Friday.Joe gave his Grandmother Jane $20 on Friday and told Sam to go pound sand--to bad so sad for you my Grandma gets your money--go collect it from her.Does Grandma Jane owe Sam the $20 or does Joe still owe Sam the money?
