I'd second @Bob Reinhard's suggestion of using a restaurant if we're open to a more casual approach, I've been to meetups that work pretty well that way.I'll be off Cape for training that week unfortunately, but may still be able to make it. 

It was just a matter that too many were making too much $$$$ off the system so nobody wanted to stop the gravy train, but it was known and seen BECAUSE OF MATH, the collapse was an inevitability of the very actions that were enriching people, FRAUD in the securities system which is where ALL $$$$ for mortgages come from. 

If you put in the time, you should be able to find that person, but I imagine it will take many interviews, references, and training before they get there.

There are some homes that are pretty far set back off of Belmont there that still give you the advantage of being close to the train station while getting a little relief from that traffic, nice find.

I feel this is my best way since a lot of people consider house hacking to be REI on training wheels.

Are you talking about a lot that is in the center city by the train center by Zebbs?

To find the right brokerage, I'd focus on 2 things - Training and Accountability.

And many team leads find that under a favorable brokerage, they can focus on supporting their team by focusing on lead generation and production, rather than all the fun "extras" that come with being the broker (liability, tools, training, mentorship, yatta yatta). 

We also have the Top Gun Naval Training Base here, finding good renters will not be a problem either.My cousin is my Realtor, she is also the owner of the most successful Real Estate business in the area.
