We were literally with the pen in hand to sing the contract, we mail the deposit check and then just within a few hours for them to receive the check they call to say they had a higher offer, they asked us to match that offer but we already offered over asking and things smell bad.

Like any other mortgage lender, you'd get paid back out of net proceeds.I'd talk to a lawyer, probably an estate lawyer but maybe a RE lawyer, but an idea might be something similar in concept to a reverse mortgage, but not literally one.

I like this idea a lot.The list of 100 addresses I am sending to about half of them came from realeflow absentee owner leads and the other half came from driving for dollars that I physically did a couple months back where I literally drove down every single Street within the Raytown City Limit and I got just a little bit over 50 addresses that looks vacant Run down and the like.I only have a couple hundred dollars left in my business account right now however I've been strongly considering using a hundred of it to join Marei.

But I've lived in 5 different apartments/homes in the area (mere blocks away) over the past 10 years, and from personal experience, having friends in the neighborhood (literally 2 blocks away), and researching current rents... 70% of market seems like a very conservative estimate for what these units are producing.
