When we talked, they shared their study results obtained by talking with brokers around the country who are diligent about data tracking.  

The last year I've been studying real estate and it all started when I read the book Money master the game by Tony Robbins.

My best guess is I scored ~85% which means I over studied by 15%!.

The language barrier doesn't make things better although, I am getting better.

Part of my daily actions include studying and taking notes on the blogs and podcasts.  

I completed my undergraduate studies in 2013 in Sports Administration at Louisiana State University(LSU).

Meeting them gives you the opportunity to see their body language, how they upkeep their car, how they treat their family (physically and verbally), etc. 

And now you study :)
