@Rachel Leonard Luckily (luck being the key word somewhat) I only sent out one letter to this seller being my first one and in my first mialing I actually only did about 25 letters but they were all vacants that I had picked up and had gotten a decent response (I believe about five people returned calls).

Find a domain name that is available, easy to remember, easy to type, and easy to say, that works with your LL namesake or whatever basic component you end up with in the name and work from there...You may find that keywords like property, real, investments, etc, won't work for you...

You can also go to your profile and enter key word searches using those same terms and every time someone types them in a forum thread, you will be alerted.

What I have noticed is most (most) of them seem to be blogging about their latest flip or a deal they got or one that fell through etc etc.My thought was I want to blog to drive motivated sellers to my website with keyword rich blogs and interesting topics because I don't think motivated sellers care about how much I made on my last flip or how long it took me or whatever.Do you blog about you or for them?
