But don't sit on your intuition, take action.

The kiosks and other technologies are more for new customers and supplement face to face interaction.

@Nate Smoyer, As a customer I found the features to be mostly comparable for my use with innago, tenantcloud and avail. with 60 units at $5/unit/mo, avail would work out to be more expensive than appfolio or buildium. in avail's favor I found the interface to be more polished than innago and more intuitive than tenantcloud.

So my brother and I have gotten better at negotiating since our first interaction and agree on 10,500$.

It will definitely lead to more interaction and engagement.

I'm just fishing for a way to increase my income and my intuition is telling me that REI is it...it's just not completely telling me how.

This is great news because my last interaction with these tenants was not as smooth as I would have liked.

What you need to learn to earn a license is not overly difficult and can be achieved online (although I am sure there are some advantages to taking live classes such as interaction with others)- One thing to keep in mind is getting the license does not make you much if any better of an investor in my opinion.
