I bring capital to real estate investors that are looking to scale.. so at some point in time when I bring on a new vendor we are just meeting.. and I have met some on BP that we just did the deal over the internet..

TOTAL SCAM  .. sad but this is all over the social media and internet.. people fall for it every day.. its the real estate lendings version of the Nigerian prince scams..    

I want to be able to access it from home or my phone but the issue there would be the cameras needing internet access.

Sometimes the units can share a level, depending on the layout.

(As a flipper, I assume you're connected with a local mortgage broker who can fix the foul-ups that come with buyers using depository banks and internet lenders.

Hey, guys, Im always impressed by the value of this forum.I noticed there has been number of folks reaching out to the bigger audience for rehab advice on the layout of their projects. 

.* Not checking the floorplans and layout to ensure that they’re accurate and workable, leading to considerable expenditure to correct it.* Finding out that the property has foundational or structural issues.* Underestimating the cost of repairs.* Underestimating the work required.* Not considering whether it’s an area that people are likely to want to live in.

From reading the internet, getting rid of pests with a cleaning service is the landlord’s responsibility if it was caused by negligent care of the house.

I can lay out a general strategy if you would like, but I know it is a bit off from the original topic of the thread and I don't want to rabbit-trail the conversation too much.
