Here’s the background; I have a newly remodeled two story, two family home that has all new pex plumbing, new hot water tanks, new fixtures, and a new water line from the street with a new valve at the main and everything is on one meter.

Finally while some of the advice has been excellent, some of it is so incredibly bad that it scares me.

I personally Love hot weather, and am always freezing here.

I know the Chicago area has been pretty hot for some time now.

Texas is a huge hot spot right now.

The condition is clean, but needs a new hot water heater, new A/C unit, new appliances and carpet and paint.

Incredible accomplishment that keeps a newbie like me eager, committed and focused to educate myself, do my homework, and make it happen!

I'm not a fan of HOAs, the fees can be onerous.But I have benefited by getting a new roof, new siding, and a new parking lot from the HOA fees that I paid.And besides those extraordinary items they also provided grass cutting, snow removal, heat, hot water, sewer, trash removal, insurance and outside maintenance.And besides those normal fees that I would have had to provide they also provided some items that I would not ordinarily provide like swimming pools (hate the maintenance and the liability), tennis courts and club house.

I am very much aware of the hot areas most buyers want to be in such as North County, Mid County, and the Tower Grove area.

The stories are amazing and incredibly helpful.
