I suggest real estate meetings, local REIA's, women in real estate, etc. on meetup and the events section of BiggerPockets. 

You may want to reach out to an attorney to see if your other assets would be protected in the event of various scenarios occurring in the house-hack.

We run a local networking event on second Tuesday of every month.

Go out and network at ALL of the possible real estate related events and build up your list with local investors. 

In that event the partnership not the LLC is the tax payer for the real estate. 

Just in case anyone is planning on attending the MCREIA event based on my post, i had the date wrong.

My goal for access is smart phone first, ideally an electronic keypad on the same lock (that’s opebed via smart phone) second, last line of defense is a key box outside the unit with a code that we only give to tenants in event of a lockout.
