@Matt A.When you sign the documents you will have to sign your name as trustee/ authorized signatory etc etcPersonally 99% of the population has no idea how to look up who owns what and unless your a famous athlete or someone who has paparazzi following you it’s typically overkill.

It is true that a greater number of loans will open up to you if you have 2 years of work history but there are other loan types out there that might be available to you - but they won't be conforming, conventional lending.

I listened to a real estate audiobook where the author did something similar - he was in an owner financing contract and if I recall correctly, he signed a separate agreement with another individual so that their payments covered his monthly payments.Really appreciate any feedback on this idea.
