If you just hire the cheapest or first PMC you speak with and it turns into a bad experience, please don’t assume ALL PMC’s are bad and start trashing PMC’s in general.

Some thoughts:Why would you choose an unlicensed, uninsured, amateur with the manager getting the upside to manage your STR when you can hire a licensed, insured professional to manage the STR and get the upside.My market was heavily impacted from Covid? 

Even if you used a virtual assistant to do the manual part first before you hired someone to write a script for you. 

Everyone has to deal with same material costs and hold ups so good to have understanding with whoever you hire for your project once you find someone as you will want to build a good relationship for when you need help on future projects.
