Since the 2017-2018 winter season, I think we've spent less than $600 for electricity in the ensuing 12 months.Since our system went live in July 2017, we've produced 18.76 MWh.As to valuation of the property, that's another story entirely.We recently did a refinance to take some equity out to work on the property. 

That being said, it would be best to get the seller to produce a letter from a professional saying the mold has been successfully remediated.

Curious to know how closely the numbers it produced for purchased matched the reality (closing price).

I've got a pretty healthy sum of money to start with, but I'm really scared of making a wrong mistake.

Fair market rent for my portion of the house is around $2,950/mo.I did part with $109k down payment (including closing costs), but I've been saving for quite some time so I still have some fairly healthy cash reserves, and I'm actually looking get another property within the next 6-12 months (most likely out of my expensive market though). 

If you want to make more money, have fun with your clients, and have more time then be a top producer with a team.

I have reached out to one of the top producing agents in Indy that I found and Zillow over the weekend and plan to reach out to a couple more.
