An eviction itself is carried out by the Office of the Rentalsman here and doesn't cost the landlord anything - they will even put the Tenants' chattel in storage at their cost in certain situations.While the eviction itself may not have a fee, the cost comes in the time it takes for it to occur and for you to regain possession of the unit/property.
